Jörg Kirsch studierte ab 1981 Elektrotechnik in Kaiserslautern. An der Universität leitete er zwei Jahre lang das Kulturreferat und startete parallel dazu seine Firma für Veranstaltungstechnik mit eigener Ingenieur- und Entwicklungsabteilung. Auf sein Konto gehen weit mehr als 10.000 persönlich betreute Veranstaltungen, unter anderem die Realisation eines Bon-Jovi Konzertes zusammen mit Jet-West.
Als gefragter Partner für Eventberatung ist er für mehrere Firmen tätig, u.a. als Bühnenmeister für das Kulturreferat Kaiserslautern. Mit seiner Firma betreut er mehrere Eventlocations, entwickelt spannende Veranstaltungsformate und bietet Ausbildungen im Veranstaltungsbereich. Persönlich liegt ihm der Support und die Entwicklung junger Künstler am Herzen.
Mit Begeisterung engagiert er sich in mehreren Netzwerken, um auch hier die regionale Kulturszene zu fördern.
